Unbedingt vorher in kleiner menge probieren!

Ich bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit den Japanischen Reiscrackern von CrackersCompany. Den nori Mix und andere bestelle ich regelmäßig, also dachte ich, probiere ich die hier einfach mal zusätzlich aus. Deswegen habe ich gleich die 6 Zip-Beutel bestellt, wurde allerdings negativ überrascht. Mir persönlich haben die Cracker leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Die restlichen Beutel bin ich zum Glück im Freundeskreis noch los geworden, aber ich würde hier jedem empfehlen, erst einmal eine Probierpackung zu kaufen, wegen des doch recht starken eigengeschmacks.

Nicht mein Fall

Diese Mischung war tatsächlich der Grund, warum ich überhaupt bei CrackersCompany bestellt habe. Entsprach leider so gar nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich persönlich finde die Mischung geschmacklich unausgewogen. Zum einen sind die Aromen nicht gut verteilt: einige Stellen in der Dose schmeckten sehr intensiv nach Knoblauch, andere wieder krass nach Kaffirlimette, aber eben nicht schön gemischt, sondern eher wie Nester. Auch muss ich sagen, passten die Aromen für mich nicht wirklich gut zusammen. Die meisten der Teile waren dagegen einfach nur scharf...sehr scharf (was ja in der Beschreibung auch so angegeben war).

Muss man mögen

Insgesamt ganz interessant, aber leider was Geschmack und Textur angeht viel zu wenig Abwechslung. Sind quasi nur zitronige und sehr zitronige Reiscracker, eignet sich also eher als Zusatz zu anderen Mischungen. Hätte mir ein bisschen mehr vom Knoblauch und der Schärfe erhofft, von der in den Bewertungen die Rede ist.
